Step 3: Record your video

  • Aim for a 30-60 second video, using tools like Loom or Vidyard. Take no more than two takes to keep it natural.

Step 4: Send

  • Personalize the video name, include a GIF thumbnail in your message, and add a clear call to action.

Remember, perfection isn’t the goal. Practice, get feedback, and treat it like a conversation.
